Position Summary:

We are looking for a HCM SuccessFactors - EC Integrations Functional Consultant with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the HCM SuccessFactors platform and its various EC Integrations.

The consultant will provide technical and functional support for our clients, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, developing and testing EC Integrations, and providing guidance on best practices.

Responsibilities:


• Develop, test, and document EC Integrations for the HCM SuccessFactors platform


• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues


• Create and maintain technical documentation on integrations


• Provide guidance on best practices for EC Integrations


• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet them


• Work with a team of consultants to ensure project success


• Work with stakeholders to ensure necessary requirements are fulfilled


• Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities


• Provide training and mentorship to team members


• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets


• Ensure quality standards throughout the development process
