Business Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Manager with a strong background in process improvement methodologies to join our growing recruitment firm. This role is pivotal in designing, standardizing, and optimizing core business processes across recruitment operations, training delivery, and internal support functions. The successful candidate will drive organizational efficiency, reduce operational costs, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.This position is ideal for a Six Sigma certified professional (Black Belt or Green Belt preferred) who can lead cross-functional teams and implement data-driven process optimization initiativesProcess Design & StandardizationDesign, develop, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process frameworks for recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, placement, training delivery, and account managementMap current state and future state processes to identify optimization opportunitiesEnsure SOPs are standardized, scalable, and ready for replication during organizational scaling and expansionDevelop process documentation, checklists, and visual frameworks for consistent execution across teams and geographiesMaintain and update process repositories and knowledge management systemsProcess Improvement & OptimizationLead process improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology, Lean principles, and other continuous improvement frameworksIdentify, analyze, and eliminate process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of wasteConduct root cause analysis to understand underlying issues affecting operational performanceImplement automation solutions using RPA, macro scripting, and technology tools to reduce manual effort and improve accuracyTrack and measure the impact of process improvements through KPIs and metricsMetrics, Monitoring & GovernanceEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goalsDevelop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track process performance in real-timeConduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for continuous improvementProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on process health and optimization opportunitiesImplement governance frameworks to ensure sustainability of improvementsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with recruitment, training delivery, human resources, finance, and technology teams to identify improvement opportunitiesWork closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into process improvement initiativesFacilitate workshops and process mapping sessions with stakeholders from various departmentsManage project communication, stakeholder alignment, and change management during process transformationsBuild and maintain relationships with internal customers to understand pain points and requirements
