RESPONSIBILITIES O Work with the Atlassian development team and Key business stakeholders to understand the current landscape & on-going demand and plan future strategy around the product. o Continuously prioritize and manage the backlog and upcoming sprints. o Perform product demos to internal associates and clients as needed. o Form product hypotheses, design test plans, and communicate learnings back into product development. o Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure and iterate quickly. o Administration and Support for the Atlassian platform. o Configure and customize JIRA workflows, issue types, screens, fields, and permission schemes to align with the unique requirements of the project. o Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective JIRA configurations. o Provide day-to-day support to project teams using JIRA, ensuring efficient issue tracking, task management, and reporting. o Assist teams with onboarding, user training, and troubleshooting JIRA-related issues. o Evaluate, install, and manage JIRA plugins and add-ons to enhance functionality and meet projectspecific needs. o Ensure compatibility and stability of plugins within the JIRA environment. o Set up and maintain user access controls and permissions within JIRA to ensure data security and confidentiality, adhering to public sector compliance standards. o Design and implement automation rules and custom workflows to optimize project processes and improve team efficiency.
