As a manager, of Credit Monitoring team, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients for monitoring the performance of the financing transactions across various asset classes in structured finance across different geographies. The Role requires to coordinate with client on deliverables pertaining to monitoring the performance of these investments. The role requires technical skills and holistic understanding of commercial lending domain.

Responsibilities

  • Client Handling: Work closely with the clients in supporting them for monitoring the performance of the investment transactions across various asset classes in structured finance.
  • Technical know-how: The candidate should possess reasonable knowledge of the processes related to commercial lending, especially corporate loans.
  • Process Management: Oversee the entire process of financial spreading and covenant monitoring, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial analysts responsible for onboarding and regularly monitoring the client's investment portfolio on Oxane's proprietary platform.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyzing and spreading the financial statements of public and private companies. Review loan agreements, amendment documents, servicer, and other reports, analyzing the financial covenants applicable to the borrower.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
  • Proficiency in MSExcel.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
