Apply now and join our dynamic team)Experience Range: 2+yearsSalary Range: UPTO 8 LPAJob Description:This is a position with an opportunity to grow as Area Sales Manager and subsequently, Head of the Department based on performance. We are seeking a talented professional who will work closely with Managers & Co-founders and drive business for the company.Job duties and responsibilities:
• Meeting monthly revenue targets
• Achieving the monthly sales targets for various products and services
• Generate new leads through various channels to build a robust pipeline for revenue targets
• Proactively identify business opportunities and work with internal teams to conduct business development activities in the geography
• Driving lead conversion as per plan and ensuring that pitches are made by the team in a prescribed manner and value proposition is effectively communicated to customers.
• Cultivate a strong relationship with business partner community by driving regular engagement as per the plan
• Ensuring customer queries/issues are resolved as per SLA
• Publish periodic status reports, including team activity and sales performance report
• Analyse data to generate insights on what is working/not working and recommend way forward
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Home Interiors industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, industry performance indicators and key competitors in the industryRequirements:
• MBA or graduate from a reputed institute with 2+ years of field sales experience
• Strong Customer and Product Understanding.
• Passion (must take initiative)
• Socially Confident (able to start a conversation with new people easily and be confident in the interaction)
• Perseverance & Resilience (able to make repeated attempts and bounce back from setbacks, able to try new methods of engagement in case of a setback)
• Problem Solving & Closure: When faced with a problem, one must be able to identify and seek help from the right people without hesitation.
