The Principal will oversee the daily operations of the school, including academic programs, student services, and staff management. Responsibilities include supervising faculty and staff, implementing educational policies, promoting a positive school culture, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. Additionally, the Principal will work closely with parents, community members, and the school board to promote student success.QualificationsProven Experience in educational leadership and administrationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in curriculum development and instructional strategiesAbility to manage budgets and allocate resources effectivelyKnowledge of educational policies and regulationsBachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferredExperience in a co-educational and minority school setting is a plusDemonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive school environment
