Position: Manager – Technical & Engineering Recruitment (Bangalore)Reports to: General Manager – RecruitmentRole PurposeWe are looking for a dynamic Technical & Engineering Recruitment Manager to lead a team of 5+ recruiters handling end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT technical domains. The role demands strong people leadership, client management skills, and the ability to drive high-performance delivery using data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Mentor: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 5–10 recruiters to meet and exceed revenue and delivery targets.Drive Delivery Excellence: Oversee full-cycle recruitment — from requirement gathering and sourcing to candidate engagement and closure — across IT and Non-IT technical mandates.Quality Control: Ensure only well-qualified, validated profiles reach clients; maintain high standardsof accuracy and turnaround.Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews based on key metrics such as submissions, offers, and revenue achievement.Client Partnership: Collaborate with the internal client management team and occasionally anchor clients directly to ensure smooth process execution.Process Improvement: Innovate sourcing strategies, streamline recruitment workflows, and build a culture of accountability and growth.Data-Driven Execution: Use recruitment data and dashboards to analyze performance trends and guide decisions.Requirements6–10 years of experience in technical recruitment (mix of IT & Non-IT engineering domains preferred).Proven experience managing a team of 5 or more recruiters.Strong understanding of technical roles across engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and IT.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Based in Bangalore or open to working from there.Why Join UsBe part of a high-performing talent advisory firm that values ownership, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
