Work Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Transportation: Cab Facility Available
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks, client communications, and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be professional, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle client communication.
- Organize and maintain reports, trackers, and project documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal databases and records.
- Provide support for finance and bookkeeping documentation (as required).
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and SOPs.
- Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support virtual team collaboration and coordinate across multiple projects.
- Ensure confidentiality and adhere to internal data protection and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant; KPO/BPO experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong command of English – both written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, MS Teams, etc. is a plus.
