Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships. In addition to business development activities, the candidate will also be involved in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients and Bringing in New clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our recruitment services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and deliver exceptional service.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, Commercials and service level agreements with clients to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment and business development.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry,Or into Any B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in discussing and negotiating contracts and agreements with clients is a plus
