As our Senior Sales Executive, you're the face of quality and innovation for B2C and B2B customers. Someone else organizes the initial call and schedules the meeting—your expertise comes alive when you meet the customer.
You'll explain, demonstrate, and guide decision-makers through our product range, handling objections, nurturing relationships, and turning opportunities into closed deals.
This is consultative, relationship-driven sales—the kind that builds reputations and careers.
Who you Are
- Experienced: 3-5 years in outside sales, ideally within real estate, construction, or building materials (Aluminium/uPVC Windows/Doors preferred).
- Consultative Seller: Skilled at engaging customers face-to-face, delivering persuasive presentations, and handling in-person objections.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiar with B2C and B2B sales cycles in real estate and construction, and the nuances of selling premium building products.
- Communicator: Excellent verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
- Organized: Track and manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines efficiently using CRM tools and basic MS Office.
- Educated: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM & digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and product demonstrations.
Core Responsibilities
- Meet & Engage: Conduct in-person (and virtual) meetings with prospective customers—homeowners, builders, developers, and architects—to understand their needs and showcase our solutions.
- Product Expertise: Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and demonstrations of our Aluminium & uPVC doors, windows, and glazing systems.
- Objection Handling: Address concerns, clarify doubts, and provide expert guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Deal Closure: Confidently negotiate, overcome obstacles, and convert leads into sales through persistence, rapport, and follow-up.
- Nurture Relationships: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with lead generation, production, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless experience from first meeting to installation.
