About the Role
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for growing our founder, SDR and AE user base at LeadLabs, driving engagement through thoughtful content, and building relationships through smart automation. You'll own content creation for founders, automate outreach cadences, onboard new users, and re-engage existing users through webinars and community initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Content Creation: Develop and manage a content calendar tailored to founders, leveraging ChatGPT and AI tools to ideate and create high-value posts, newsletters, and resources.
- Outreach Automation: Design and execute outreach campaigns to founders using Clay, Apollo, and Sales Navigator. Create automated workflows and personalized sequences for the founder ICP.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Guide new users through the onboarding journey, ensuring they see value fast. Proactively reach out to existing users to invite them to webinars, share new features, and drive deeper engagement.
- Webinar Management: Plan, promote, and moderate product webinars to showcase features, answer user questions, and build community.
- Product Mastery: Quickly learn the ins and outs of our product to effectively support users, identify opportunities for better onboarding, and create relevant content.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze the impact of your campaigns using analytics tools and optimize based on insights.
Who You Are
- 2-3 years of experience in SaaS marketing, growth, or customer success.
- Skilled with automation and outreach tools: Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator .
- Proficient at prompting ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) to generate content ideas, drafts, and calendar plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—especially when writing for a founder audience.
- Organized, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable running webinars and engaging with a live audience.
- Empathetic, user-focused, and excited about building relationships with founders.
- Data-driven mindset—you love running experiments and optimizing for impact.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote, startup environment.

- Hands-on experience with product-led growth strategies.
- Previous work in B2B SaaS targeting startup founders or similar personas.
