About Position: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce PM with a strong background in Project Management.Role: Salesforce Technical Project ManagerLocation: All Persistent LocationExperience: 11+ YearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects across various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).This role requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, from initiation to closure.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage Jira or similar tools.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate when necessary.Ensure quality assurance and compliance with Salesforce best practices.Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.Expertise You'll Bring: 12+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce projects.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, features, and limitations.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Certifications: ? Salesforce Administrator or Platform App BuilderPMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) ?
