As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee planning and execution of critical software initiatives and projects for the organization. You will collaborate with business, partners, product, and engineering teams to align and help us achieve our goals. As a Technical Project Manager, you will help the team achieve their goals through servant-style leadership and removing roadblocks.ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and requirements gathering through to design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support, particularly for key projects and initiatives.Help develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, technical specifications, and timelines, ensuring clear alignment with strategic goals.Ensure on time delivery of projects, within scope, and while maintaining highest quality standards and execution efficiency.Track key project milestones and metrics, providing regular updates and accurate reports on project status, risks, and progress.Manage project execution using appropriate methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage project scope to prevent creep and keep the team focused on delivery goals.Coordinate and manage expectations, communications, and deliverables with stakeholders (including leadership and third-party partners).Help build a culture of collaboration that embodies our values: Passionate about our customers.
