About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in IT Services or IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts in the IT domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to closure, while building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition in IT Services/Staffing across enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Understand client requirements and position company's IT services, digital solutions, and staffing capabilities effectively.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful service execution.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in IT services, staffing, digital transformation, and technology consulting.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales for IT Staffing, Consulting, or IT Services Projects.
  • Proven success in client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth.
  • Strong network of decision-makers (CXOs/HR/Procurement) in IT industry.
  • Experience selling staff augmentation, managed services, or digital IT solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience selling in GCC is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with MSP/VMS models, SOW-based projects, or offshore delivery models.
