About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager with a strong background in designing and delivering enterprise-scale and internet-scale tools within the financial services domain . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in one or more areas such as investment products, payments, rewards & loyalty, or SME banking solutions . This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and domain knowledge to drive innovation and enhance employee and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute product vision aligned with market needs, regulatory frameworks, and technological trends.
  • Lifecycle Ownership: Manage end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration—ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Feature Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and write detailed user stories and requirements.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • User Experience: Champion intuitive and efficient user experiences tailored to banking and fintech users.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., SEBI, RBI, MiFID) and implement robust risk and control frameworks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and track product success; use insights to inform future development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with senior management, IT, and end-users to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven success in launching impactful digital products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Domain Expertise (any of the following):

  • Investments: Mutual Funds, SIPs, ETFs, Retirement Products
  • Payments: UPI, IMPS, NACH, Acquirer/Bank Integrations
  • Rewards & Loyalty: Credit/Debit Card rewards, personalized engagement
  • SME Banking: Working Capital, Overdraft, Merchant Solutions
