Merchandiser: A.    Understanding customer context and planning team processes  Roles & Responsibilities Understanding team goals: revenue goal, delivery goal  Understand annual, quarterly and monthly goals Understand customer: calendar, org structure, requirements, approval processes, operating systems, target price points, selling strategy,  In collaboration with Design & CPs, creating Customer Profiles with all the relevant details  Work closely with CP to plan for monthly sales and revenues  B. Planning and Coordination of Production Processes Roles & Responsibilities Within 24h of receiving tech pack Give brief (in style run through meet) to Technician, Sampling coordinator, Fabric Merchant, Trim Manager Raise alert to customer WITHIN 3 days (of receiving tech pack) in case there's challenge with production feasibility, timelines feasibility, cost   Through the PD Process  Create PD TNA and maintain timelines  Share weekly PD updates to customers  Maintain Weekly plans for Pattern, Proto, SMS maintained with Technicians, Sampling coord Holding a Product Integrity Meeting: with Quality, Technician, PPC and FM. Where products are analyzed to align on call-outs on timelines, production feasibility, quality and cost.   Maintain Weekly product integrity plan tech, QA, PPC, FM, Trim Manager Raise timely alerts a week ahead in case of timeline changes, production challenges,   Sharing pictures and taking approvals of proto before its dispatched  Updating courier slides , sending AWBS Invoicing if protos are paid, and notifying accounts team once payments are brought in Ensure customer gives proto payment timely Not sending proto until payment received Before Proto goes: prices to be communicated Call outs: price targets being low, production feasibility, timelines feasibility WITHIN 3 days Through the SMS Process  Maintain SMS and salesmen samples timelines, share pictures  Call outs during SMS to be shared with customer  Pricing closed at SMS(true replication) EWS: all comments (2 weeks before PO) (no more changes allowed) Aligning w FM, trims, ppc on timelines, costing,  Once PO comes in Within 3 days: budget sheets submitted to fms and accounts  Ensuring Advances are received from customers before fabrics are booked  Final TNA to be closed and shared w buyer  Weekly updates for buyers as the production begins  once pp comes sharing pictures  Production tips from all members, raise alerts to Supreet and customers  Pp: no comments accepted, true representation of productions  Size set planning to be give to tech qa sampling rtc closure accurate file making (checklist)  plan to be taken from ppc for TOP and delivery  Follow throughs at every stage  All submissions to be sent to customers and taken approvals  File making: all documents, approvals  At cost and budget sheets ensuring gross margins, COGS, are kept as per budget sheets and raising any alerts to TL & CEO  Key Result Areas Timeliness and cost efficiency Competencies Customer relationship management  Follow throughs  Execution  Timely alerts people management’s  Salary : 40-45k Experience : 3-5 years
