URGENT HIRING|| HR RECRUITER|| DELHIJob Title: HR RecruiterJob Location: JanakpuriExperience: Minimum Required: 2–3 yearsCtc - Upto 4.2 lpa (Depends on Interview )Job Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT profiles.Source candidates through various job portals (Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs, LinkedIn, etc.) with strong portal management skills.Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.Recruit for multiple domains including Sales, Non-Sales, IT, and Non-IT roles.Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates as per company requirements.Maintain and update candidate database and daily recruitment reports.Ensure timely closure of positions by meeting hiring deadlines.Key Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of all major job portals and sourcing techniques.Previous experience in IT company recruitment background preferred.Proven track record in hiring for Sales, Non-Sales, IT & Non-IT positions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
