The ideal candidate should be capable of handling bulk and niche hiring while ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategy.- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and database management.- Conduct pre-screening HR interviews to assess fitment and salary expectations.- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and repetitive roles.- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.- Share weekly recruitment reports and maintain proper documentation & recruitment tracker.- Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (IT or Non-IT hiring).- Strong experience in bulk, niche, and leadership hiring.- Proficient in job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.- Preference will be given to candidates available to join within 0–15 days.Mail your resume to with the subject line "Application for TA Specialist."
