Job Summary
Salary Range: 15 LPA (60 % fixed + 40 % variable)
Location: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai
Years of Experience: 3 to 7 years
Notice Period: 30 days
Rounds of interview: 2
Mode of interview: F2F
Responsibilities
- Identify, nurture, and manage key B2B/Enterprise client relationships.
- Drive business growth through technical and commercial sales strategies.
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product offerings.
Must-Have Skills
- Enterprise Sales
- Only Local candidates
- Must be from SI industry (System Integration)
- Cybersecurity or Server/Storage/HCI/Database or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Techno Commercial skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Analytical skills, negotiation skills
- Strong relationships with customer stakeholders like CXOs, Procurement Heads
Qualifications
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Master's in management preferred
