Our aim is to be a one-stop solution for all the needs of commerce professionals.Qualification:Under Graduate / Post Graduate Experience:Fresher/ 1-2 YearsJob Location:BangaloreLanguage:EnglishResponsibilities : Daily communicate with the faculty and make the day-to-day timetable and communicate it to the operation team.Faculty feedback needs to be taken once the batch is completed or during the batch.Faculty are provided mementos on the last day or after the batch is completedSend reminders to faculty to resolve student doubts on the ArivuPro App.Ensure all the travel, stay, learning materials, shirts, and equipment are arranged a day before the project for the faculty.Ensure all the data are set up on Zoho as per the SOP.The Operation Management Team oversees the arrangement and readiness of the classroom, ensuring that writing materials, seating, and teaching aids are properly set up for optimal learning.Handle the setup of courses on the LMS platform, making certain that the online platform, including the recording feature, is functional.Right Fit : Proficiency in schedule management, resource allocation, and logistics coordination.Hands-on experience with ERP, Zoho Sprints/Projects, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).Ability to coordinate effectively between faculty, students, and internal teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (LMS), online teaching platforms, and apps for communication and scheduling.Job Type : Full Time
