Our brand is rooted in India's rich textile heritage and values craftsmanship and innovation.About the roleNOIB is looking to hire a Social Media Executive based out of the head office in Noida, UP. The role will primarily focus on the following:CONTENT CREATIONSocial media posts & stories(carousels, static, reels, illustrations) Ads (Meta & Google), Marketing collaterals for events & trade showsNewslettersWebsite banners WhatsApp Marketing TemplatesShoot & edit reels in house to showcase the brand's sustainability and design journey to customers MANAGING SOCIAL MEDIA, WEBSITE & MARKETING PLATFORMSManaging content calendars and posting schedules on Instagram Updating website with new collaterals around collection launchesSending out newsletters and whatsapp marketing messages on marketing channels such as Interakt & ShopifyCOORDINATION WITH MANAGEMENTWorking closely with the founding & management team to execute the brand's vision and design language across all marketing collateralsRepresenting the brand at exhibitions as and when neededUnderstanding the brand's vision to create a cohesive design language across all content and collateralsEXPERIENCE & SKILL SET Atleast 3 years of experience of working in graphic design/social media with a fashion brand is compulsoryBachelors/master’s degree from a leading institute. A go getter with a creative mindset with the ability to analyse and understand trends and come up with innovative design and creative ideas to grow the brand's presence in leading marketsExpertise in Software/ design tools including Photoshop, Indesign, llustrator, Canva and video editing tools such as Inshot & Premiere ProPhotography, videography skills requiredShould be fluent in English and possess good communication & collaboration skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, fast paced and flexible environment, with an easy and fun outlook on projects.CONTRACT TYPE· Full time positionLOCATION· Noida, Uttar PradeshSALARYCompetitiveTO APPLYTo apply, please send your CV and portfolio to surabhi@shopnoib.com.
