The institute delivers premium academy programs for leaders and practitioners, as well as organizational certifications and memberships focused on responsible AI.Role OverviewTitle: Sales Executive – EdTech & Enterprise (Hunter Role)Type: Full-time, Remote/Hybrid (Australia preferred, open to global candidates)This role focuses on two core revenue streams:Individual learners: Selling GIofAI academy programs and cohorts to professionals, leaders, and career-changers.Organizations: Selling AI governance certification exams, enterprise memberships, and bulk training packages to companies, universities, and government agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesHunt for new leads daily on and other channels (email, communities, events, partnerships) and build a predictable top-of-funnel pipeline.Book and run discovery calls with individual professionals and organizational decision-makers (CHROs, CTOs, Heads of Data/AI, L&D, Universities, Government bodies).Convert leads into paid enrollments for academy programs and into contracts for certification exams, memberships, and enterprise offerings.Design and execute outbound campaigns: outreach sequences, email cadences, and social selling strategies for both B2C and B2B segments.Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to refine messaging, offers, and sales collateral for different buyer personas.Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, track metrics (leads, calls, demos, conversions, revenue), and report on performance weekly.Ideal Candidate Profile3+ years of sales experience in EdTech or professional education (bootcamps, certification programs, online academies, or university partnerships).Proven hunter mindset: Demonstrable track record of generating your own pipeline via and cold outreach and closing deals consistently.Experience selling both to:Individuals (B2C): career upskilling, tech/data/AI programs.Organizations (B2B): corporate training, L&D programs, or certifications.Comfortable speaking with senior leaders and decision-makers, and able to articulate value around AI, governance, and strategic skills.Excellent written communication for social selling and direct outreach, and strong spoken communication for discovery and closing calls.Self-driven, KPI-focused, and excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment in the AI governance space.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus aggressive, uncapped commission structure tied to enrollments and closed B2B deals.Direct access to the founder and leadership team, with the ability to shape the go-to-market strategy and sales playbooks.Deep immersion in the AI governance and leadership ecosystem, with access to GIofAI programs, certifications, and events.Fast career growth for top performers, including potential to build and lead a small sales team over time.How To ApplySend the following:Your CV or profile.A brief note or 1–2 minute Loom/video explaining your biggest sales win in EdTech and how you sourced the lead.Any relevant metrics (e.g., average monthly enrollments closed, pipeline generated, B2B deals closed).Applications can be sent via the contact form or email info@giofai.com.au, with the subject line: “Sales Executive – Hunter (EdTech & Enterprise)”.
