Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Student Engagement and Conversion Associate. The associate will play a critical role in engaging with high school students, building trusted relationships, and guiding them toward meaningful participation in LWL programs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with potential and current students across digital platforms.
  • Hosting one-on-one and group student meetings to understand their goals, address queries, and convert interest into enrollments.
  • Designing and coordinating student engagement activities, including events, webinars, and ambassador-driven campaigns.
  • Supporting student journeys throughout their program lifecycle — from awareness to enrollment to active participation.
  • Managing ambassador-driven referrals and strengthening alumni connections to drive new enrollments.

This role combines student engagement, sales conversion, and community-building to create impact and scale LWL’s global high school outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take student meetings (virtual or in-person) to explain LWL offerings and convert interest into confirmed enrollments.
  • Manage and grow the High School Campus Ambassador Program, training students to champion LWL within their schools and networks.
  • Design and execute engagement campaigns that highlight student voices, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to generate leads and nurture them into enrollments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and alumni, leveraging their networks for peer-to-peer referrals.
  • Track conversion metrics and prepare reports on engagement-to-enrollment performance.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience to manage conversion processes and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Organizational and coordination skills to manage events, ambassador programs, and student activities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media to connect with high school audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in the education sector, youth programs, or high school student engagement is highly desirable.
