Joveo, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly skilled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed their targets. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to optimize performance and foster skill development.

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives. Implement effective sales strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the SDR team's processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and conversion rates. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance lead qualification and handoff to the sales team.

- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the SDR team's effectiveness. Analyze data and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes, trends, and improvement opportunities.

- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative environment by building strong cross-functional relationships with sales, marketing, and product teams. Ensure seamless communication and alignment to drive overall sales success.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing and leading SDR teams in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.

- Strong understanding of HR Tech solutions and the broader HR industry landscape is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.

- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing performance.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement tools.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
