Marketing Director / Marketing Lead (Hospital):

One of the reputed hospital is in the process of setting up a strategic team tasked with bringing healthcare closer to patients. The initiative involves establishing primary and secondary care services that are easily accessible to patients and supported by hyper-responsive processes built to prioritize patient needs and satisfaction. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between hospital care offerings and patients' everyday healthcare needs, providing them access to a continuum of care tailored to their specific healthcare requirements.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Leader to join our team and spearhead our marketing efforts. The Marketing lead at the reputed hospital is a pivotal position in shaping and executing innovative and growth-oriented Marketing Strategies, GTM and execution.


In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives and driving growth for our brand. As the leader of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing vision, direction, and guidance to a talented group of Marketing Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that delivers exceptional results.

The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 7-8 Marketing Managers, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer execution and revenue growth. The ideal

candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic marketing leadership roles and a strong ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Owning and driving end to end Marketing Charter:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive measurable results.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and experiential initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.

- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our marketing approach.

- Champion a data-driven approach to marketing, leveraging analytics and insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and areas for improvement.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our capabilities and drive innovation.

Strategic Planning & Execution of Quarterly Marketing Plans:

1. Engage business, category owners, identify opportunities, business challenge, growth opportunities and analyze customer data/insights to arrive at quarterly Marketing goals and plans.

2. Conduct interviews, surveys, and discussions to grasp customer needs and behavior.

3. Devise a quarterly plan across multiple categories, discuss and align with stakeholders.

4. Convert the plans into effective Marketing GTM, Channel mix and communication strategies and requirements.

5. Enable timely execution with rigorous and efficient planning with the team and agencies.

6. Tracking implementation, ROI Metrics, A/B testing results, tweaking and optimizing for maximum and impactful results.

People Management & Development

1. Navigate a matrix structure to proactively support team members and overcome challenges

2. Communicate real-time updates, publish and present reviews and share key hits /misses/opportunities with the team.

3. Update and refresh OKRs, ensuring the reporting marketing team has a complete understanding and control of their specific marketing role/category.

4. Regularly communicate organizational goals, address concerns promptly, and ensure team members feel heard and valued.

5. Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team's performance and encourage continuous learning.

Education:

- Post-graduate degree in Business Management / Healthcare Administration.

Experience:

- Minimum of 12 plus years in Marketing Domain.

- Manager experience of a team of 5+ a must
