Our client is one of the leading manufacturer & distributors of specialty chemical products related to Food Ingredients, Flavours, Fragrances, Emulsifiers, Hydrocolloids etc. They are looking for a AGM/GM Sales for Mumbai for their Cosmetics / Personal Care Ingredients business.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Lead Sales of Raw Materials to Cosmetics / Personal Care / Ayurveda / Nutraceutial industry

- Selling of Cosmetics & Natural Ingredients' to Indian and International customers

- B2B Sales to Key customers across India

- Manage products and Ensure Growth for the business

- Prepare Annual Sales & Marketing plans

To qualify for this position you should:

- Be a BE / B.Sc (Chemical) or similar

- 13+ years of exp in B2B sales with specialty chemical industry.

- 5+ years in Ingredients of Cosmetics, Personal Care, Food, Nutraceuticals etc

- Technical knowledge of Chemicals related to Natural Extracts, Herbal, Cosmetic Chemicals, Actives, Formulations etc

- Sold to large Personal Care, Ayurveda, Nutraceutical Orgs

- Possess excellent communication & decision making skills

- Be currently from Mumbai or ready to relocate
