Address all audit findings through verbal and written communication to initiate action.
Ensure key Company management personnel are aware of all potentially serious issues.
Utilize and be proficient with company software to manage the technical data program.
Issues and tracks all Company controlled manuals assigned to personnel and stations.
Maintains and update the manuals status report for the Maintenance/Quality Control departments.
Edits and revises all internal Company controlled manuals.
Orders and tracks all external Company controlled manuals.
Organizes and maintains Company's library with all master manuals.
Directly interface with Original Equipment Manufacturer on product issues and updates.
Provide first level support and final resolution to end user requests within Tech Ops., Quality Control, Maintenance Planning, and Maintenance departments.
