Individual ContributorAdobe Technical Support Engineers provide technical support to Adobe customers. They handle technical support issues of varying priority, and need to be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once. They also need to represent customers' needs to internal product teams, and provide timely responses to technical support issues.Â
