Roles & Responsibilities:

• To provide a quality administrative service and efficient support to the HR Operations team in respect to the following processes: new hire setup / voluntary resignations / changes to employee T&C’s/ line manager updates /administering the employee worklist /changing employee personal information/triaging HR cases.

• Support activities related to monthly payroll processing.

• Ensure required documentation is received and reflected in the appropriate systems.

• To maintain accurate HR records – manual and computerized, accurately produce HR documentation in accordance with internal timeframes.

• To share information securely, accurately and in a timely manner across HR Operations, HRBP’s and all HR departments as required.

• Use initiative and proactively contribute to the improvement of efficiency, problem resolution and development of WTW policies, practices and procedures.

• Be an active member of the HRA team to enhance the teams’ ability to deliver consistent high-quality service.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Security, Safety, Health and Environmental responsibilities and external compliance regulation and legislation.

• Manage HR related queries, issues and escalations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills – oral and written

• Attention to detail in all aspects for work

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, particularly Word &Excel using various functions.

• Ability to learn and grasp new processes and systems.

• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and work within stiff timelines. Willing to work in 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM shift

• Strong team player

• Ability to analyse and report accurate
