About the Role:

We're looking for someone enthusiastic and relatable to join the HR team of Intellicar (80-100 people).The ideal candidate is someone who has seen scale and can relate to and communicate with a large range of people of different backgrounds and languages.

As a Human Resources Manager, you will manage employee relationships, oversee employee performance evaluations, administer company policies, maintain employment records, lead recruitment efforts, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.

- Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems, provide feedback to employees, and facilitate professional development opportunities.

- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

- Culture Building & Engagement: Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support long-term organizational growth.

- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new talent.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the technology or automotive industry.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism.

- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- HR Expertise: Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
