Title (optional) Lead - ManufacturingBusiness Unit(s) Manufacturing Location(s) Coimbatore, Tamil NaduDepartment ManufacturingJob PurposeThis position will be responsible to perform Process improvements & process sustenance, analysis of yield/qualityrelated issues on assembly cells. Typical duties include yield improvement, rejection analysis, tooling validation &improvement, DMAIC analysis, design of Tooling & Fixtures, DL training & Skill improvement on new or existingprocesses. Skills required to assist Manufacturing/Quality engineering to implement new equipment & changes toprocesses through ECN. Implementing Equipment Qualification /Process Qualification, SPC, Poka-Yoke, SOP, WorkInstruction, Job Card & Setup approvals, FMEA, implement Quality Systems on assembly cells, Small Automation &cycle time improvement.Core Responsibilities Analyse, develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, andequipment, requirements for production/assembly of new and existing products Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and implement sustainable corrective actions / design and implementSPC, poka-yoke and other process capability and problem solving and monitoring tools Serves as the Manufacturing Lead on a new product development team Responsible for implementing Manufacturing Flow Charts, Standard Work, procedures, Control Plans andFMEAs as prescribed by ISO standards and Idea forge Standards Implementing Equipment Qualification/Process Qualification process & ensuring periodic tooling validationon assembly cells To have thorough understanding of GD&T, Tolerance stack-up, Engineering Material properties, DFMconcepts, ergonomics & Poka-yokes while proposing any change in the manufacturing set-up as well asdesigning new manufacturing lines Responsible for handling customer concerns and DEMIC analysis Implementing changes & improvements using ECN process Handling of cu
