Position Title- Senior Manager - Brand Marketing

Department Marketing

Reports to DGM -Marketing

Team Size/Span of Control 1-2

Note: Candidates should be from Casual Dining set ups only.

Job Purpose:

- The primary purpose of this job is to develop and maintain the product in the portfolio.

- The purpose is to ensure that the brand is communicated correctly across all channels of communication.

- The brand receives it recognition and drives sales due to interventions and brand loyalty.

Key Result Areas:

- Develop end-to-end strategies and drive execution to achieve consumer marketing goals, with emphasis on driving consumer perception and engagement

- Define and manage comprehensive marketing strategy and planning including segmentation, targeting, market sizing, media and communications plan, roll-out strategy and integration with PR

- Lead and collaborate with a multitude of cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class marketing campaigns and programs

- Frame strategic decisions and recommendations to enable executive and stakeholder alignment

- Collaborate with digital, PR and CRM partners to create campaigns that drive consumer perception and engagement with the respective brands

- Partner closely with international brand strategy and creative teams to bring to life through quality creatives campaigns in India and be able to create a desired positioning for the brand.

- Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback and represent the voice of our users internally.

- Brand Health Monitoring for the overall maintenance and its brands through brand audits and surveys and recommending and implementing corrective measures.

Qualification & Experience:

- Marketing degree preferably an MBA or a Marcom degree from a premier institute

- Passion for building brands with minimum 7 years' experience in brand marketing in the premium and luxury lifestyle space

- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive ongoing lifecycle/engagement marketing

- Hands-on experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including experience with both brand-building and acquisition marketing initiatives

- Experience building strategies, as well as providing feedback on storytelling to enable creative

- Should be a self-motived and driven person with project management skills and experience managing multiple tasks at the same time
