- Supporting the smooth running of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest levels of guest experience

- Proactively improving guest satisfaction and comfort by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues

- Achieving hotel targets and housekeeping initiatives while fostering a culture of growth and development within the department

- Controlling costs and inventory, maintaining productivity and performance levels

- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders

- Taking ownership of departmental programs that enhance service standards, profitability, and cost control

- Ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices through diligent planning, delivery, and documentation for internal and external audits
