What will your job attributes include?

- Developing, executing, and governing marketing communications concepts and programs for engaging various stakeholders as per the business strategy and working closely with business representatives, marketing, and sales for ensuring content alignment and feasibility of the concepts and programs at business level.

- Collaborate with the business and strategy teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement content, PR, and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally across different markets.

- Developing, coordinating and implementing the annual marketing communications editorial calendar, content, and storyline through all communication channels and materials for establishing coherent internal and external messaging and brand equity.

- Creating and maintaining the communication materials such as articles, success stories, case studies, press releases, customer presentations, scripts, podcasts, brochures, ebooks, how to guides, whitepapers, research report, videos, etc.

- Researching, identifying, and selecting external marketing communications agencies and defining quality and delivery targets for externally assigned activities, monitoring ongoing progress, and resolving issues.

- Set objectives for the social media & manage the company handles and maximize brand presence on various channels

- Developing global promotional activities at events (physical + online), conferences, tradeshow, online campaigns, media, and other communications vehicles for promoting products, systems, and services throughout the whole life cycle.

- Build, orchestrate and balance marketing campaigns between in-house teams and complementing agency partners.

- Define the content (including social, SEO, PR) & thought leadership strategy across regions and lead the team to execute

- Arrange interviews and press releases to build the narrative for the company's vision. Lead the thought leadership initiative and work with key stakeholders to build their media profiles & ensure consistent messaging.

- Ensure brand consistency in all advertising efforts.

What skills will help you succeed in this role?

- Bachelor or master's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related area.

- 5+ years' background in a similar position.

- Experience in SaaS/B2B marketing would be preferred

- Strong understaning of BI and Marketing mix

- Solid experience in managing ATL and BTL activities

- The experience of building targeted content is advantageous.

- Sound understanding of communication practices and procedures.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
