Job Purpose

The Digital Strategy division of Royal Enfield's Global Brand team is responsible for providing thoughtful, thorough and robust strategy for all digital touch-points (Web, Mobile, Search, Social, Display, and Video) and then executing those recommendations expertly. The team leverages their expertise of each channel to make sure its recommendations and initiatives are consistently excellent and innovative, and that channel performance/effectiveness is maximized.

 

You will be a part of this team with a specific focus on Copy & Content creation and conceptualizing & executing content strategies for the brand’s digital efforts, supporting the team to build effective and efficient communication and messaging streams. You bring in the experience of creating copy and supporting content strategies for effective brand communication and messaging. You have keen attention to language and brand guidelines when it comes to drafting inspirational and effective communication and have a good grip on the overall social and digital ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage an industry leading practice for digital and social media content
  • Digital Social Campaign and Content Strategy to drive growth
  • Communications planning for all digital & social campaigns for posts as well as other initiatives
  • Ensure that all social/digital messaging carries comprehensible communication which is always on brand
  • Managing internal stakeholder requests regarding Social & Digital Messaging Copy & Content
  • Strategize with other functions to hack growth across social media platforms
  • Manage the AOR to ensure the output is in alignment with the brand and business objectives
  • Supporting all Digital & Social campaigns and initiatives for India+ Business Verticals - Motorcycle, Service, Apparel, GMA, Central Marketing, IB Markets - APAC, EMEA
  • Communications for all Digital & Social campaigns and Initiatives
  • Creating and Conceptualizing Content as per finalized strategies for all Social and Digital campaigns and Initiatives
  • Work in collaboration with brand managers, digital team and other functions to plan and execute product launches from the brand communication front
  • Create content calendars with the Agency of Record (AoR) for central brand, regions, dealer network
  • Liaison with brand managers to plan for the long terms social content and dissemination strategy
  • Measure and reporting for all activities and campaigns

Work Experience

Education

Bachelor degree (Full Time) - Advertising, Communication, Marketing

 

Experience

  • 12+ years and above (6 years with Social agency, 1 with Brand agency is preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, social listening and reporting
  • Good experience of generating analytics
