We are a large corporate learning services company in India, headquartered at Bangalore. We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to contribute to our company's sales objectives and growth trajectory. Your responsibilities include maintaining a relationship with big enterprise accounts and ensuring a regular flow of requirements from them.
As a Key Account Manager, you should drive growth initiatives and establish strategic alliances through business partners.
Role: Account Manager
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Pitching our IT Training service offerings
Maintaining fruitful relationships with new and existing customers
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Define sales targets, track performance, and revise strategies to deliver on goals
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
Identify and analyze potential growth areas, market requirements for all RPS offerings and devise strategies to promote the offerings to increase sales

Skills & Experience:

7 years of Sales/Account Management experience in Corporate Education / Corporate e-Learning
Demonstrable large professional network in L&D and/or SBUs of Tier1/Tier 2 IT Organizations
Proven work experience as an Account Manager with demonstrable experience of managing big enterprise accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
Positive Go-Getter Attitude, Takes Initiative, and is very Assertive
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Strong communication and team management skills
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
Ensure adherence to Systems, procedures, policies of the organization
The inclination to use technology as a tool for all service offerings
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment
