Role : Digital Marketing Manager

Level: T2

Location : Mumbai

Job purpose/Overview

The mission of this role is to develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and help establish the strong and premium positioning of the Royal Canin brand as well as driving website traffic and digital leads.  

Job responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the implementation of the Brand’s Strategy and establishing a strong brand positioning as a premium brand offering specialized nutrition solutions for pets.

The key responsibilities are as follows :

  • Adaptation of global branding and marketing communications programs and campaigns for India in alignment with the local customer landscape and requirements

  • Planning and curating content for digital marketing campaigns leading with ideas to drive engagement and make social media pages more interesting, engaging and fulfilling brand positioning objectives

  • Managing Social Media communication & engagement.

  • Managing responses on Social media – audit on TAT, Quality, tone of voice and sentiments.

  • Developing all components of the marketing programs including program objectives, creative brief, agency briefing, estimate approval and budgeting

  • Consistent reporting on campaign performance by assets, TG, channels through defined metrics and recommendation for continuous improvement

  • Working with influencers to lead the pet owner vertical and leverage influencer assets for brand objectives

  • The role is responsible for the development and implementation of digital strategies to enhance the visibility, build saliency and ensure share of voice.

  • The incumbent should be a driven and passionate professional possessing an ability to work with little supervision.

  • High on initiatives and ability to work with cross functional teams.

  • Should productively challenge ideas and inspire out of the box thinking to make the brands digitally forward thinking and productive.

  • Essentially, we’re looking for marketing buff brimming with new ideas

Education & Professional Qualification

MBA in Marketing

Knowledge/Experience

Minimum 5 years working experience in the media planning and buying function of a digital agency or a D2C/Ecom brand In-depth knowledge of various Digital Marketing Domains like Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email marketing Ability to curate and produce viral content Creative Content Creation Skills Excellent Communication and Content writing skills Knowledge of Facebook Advertising & all social media tools
