Job Description:

Role : Cluster Head

Level : P1

Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Regional Business Managers for 2 geographies (either North & West, or South & East)

  • Sets priorities for the RBMs and their sales teams to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with others

  • Ensures Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan

  • This is typically a job with more authority and responsibility at this job level such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities, greater impact to the business unit, customer, segment, geography, etc.

  • Provide guidance or leadership to other Associates (in Marketing, operations etc) indirectly.

  • Location: Mumbai

Job Specifilations / Qualifications

  • 8 years of relevant experience, and an MBA from Tier 1, 2 colleges

  • Learning agility, to take up expanded/lateral roles in the future

  • Leadership skills – able to drive execution excellence, influence cross-functional partners, inspires associates
