Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education level – Graduate
  • Experience – 4+years

Job Responsibilities

  • 1.5 - 2+ year of overall experience in customer service (inbound/outbound calls
  • Min. 2 year of experience in supporting Trainer/Quality/ SME in process/product knowledge
  • Maintained best performance as an associate.
  • Experience/exposure to work for Healthcare clients. (Call center/Backend)
  • Good comm and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Creating Report, dashboard, manage bottom quartile team members and, Email writing.
  • Aware on feedback mechanism and performance improvements.
  • Provide inputs on process improvement and opportunities.
  • Ready to work as back up for Team Leader
  • Should be flexible working in Night shifts
