The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll, HR compliances, HR operations, and employee engagement activities. They will handle various HRIS management tasks, new joiners' formalities, attendance management, employee confirmations, exits, full and final settlements, off-roll payroll, and administrative duties related to off-roll employees at the office. Additionally, the role involves coordinating employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, blood donation camps, and festival decorations. Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is required due to the diverse workforce.

1. Payroll Management:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees.

- Handle payroll-related queries and discrepancies.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to payroll.

2. HR Compliance:

- Stay updated with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

- Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation for audits.

3. HR Operations:

- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other new joiner documentation.

- Facilitate new joiners' onboarding process and orientation.

- Manage employee data in HRIS systems and maintain data accuracy.

4. Attendance and Leave Management:

- Monitor and track employee attendance and leave records.

- Process leave requests and maintain leave balances.

5. Employee Confirmation and Exit Process:

- Coordinate employee confirmation reviews and documentation.

- Manage the exit process including exit interviews and clearance procedures.

6. Full and Final Settlement (FnF):

- Calculate and process full and final settlements accurately.

- Ensure timely settlement of dues and clearance of exit formalities.

7. Off-roll Payroll and Administrative Support:

- Handle off-roll payroll processing and related administrative tasks.

- Support off-roll employees with HR-related queries and assistance.

8. Employee Engagement:

- Organize monthly birthday celebrations and employee engagement activities.

- Coordinate arrangements for blood donation camps and other CSR initiatives.

- Plan and execute office decorations for festivals like Diwali, Christmas, etc.

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Proven experience in HR operations, payroll management, and HRIS.

- Strong understanding of HR compliances and labor laws.

- Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, and English languages.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.

- Previous experience in corporate environments preferred.

- Gender preference: Male (due to the nature of the role's responsibilities and timelines).
