We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling chat and email support, providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Document customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in chat and email processes.
