We are currently seeking a Techno - Business Analyst (P & C Insurance - Commercial Lines) to join our team in HYDERABAD, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Techno - BA (P & C Insurance)
- Shift timing coverage for 12x5 support U.S. EST (8 am to 8 pm EST)
- 5+ years of Hands-on experience in Production support (Application support) Supporting Applications for P & C Insurance clients.
- 5+ years of Hands-on experience in Production support (P & C Insurance) especially Workers’ comp, Audit are more critical,
- 5+ Years of Hands-on experience in Production support for Auto, GL, Property, packaged policies.
- Working experience on the INSURITY Tool especially on the Policy Decisions application.
- Good hands-on experience in any of the Incident Management tools like ServiceNow etc.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and should be able to communicate in business language.
- The ability to work with existing regional teams managing and mentoring.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines.
- Display patience in difficult situations and drive customer delight in every action.
- Experience operating in an ITIL based organization.
- A passion for the business which we operate in and a dedication and drive towards continuous improvement.
- Manage Application Support team members who are directly reporting and manage the relationship with all internal and third-party service suppliers.
- Follow and drive appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies.
- Recognize and develop the technical nontechnical skills and abilities of team members.
- Willing to go the extra miles to provide excellent service.
- Reliable, able to work independently and inspire/motivate staff.
