Job Summary:

As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the HR strategy to support our organization's goals. You will lead a dedicated HR team, ensuring the development and implementation of policies, programs, and practices that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

- Provide strategic counsel to senior management on human resources matters.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.

- Develop and implement effective onboarding and talent development programs.

Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.

- Address employee relations issues and ensure timely resolution.

Performance Management:

- Lead the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective training programs.

HR Policies and Compliance:

- Develop and update HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

HR Technology:

- Oversee the selection and implementation of HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Years of progressive HR leadership experience.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
