Chief Technical Officer


We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development of our AI-based real estate application. The CTO will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological strategy, overseeing the implementation of AI algorithms, and driving innovation to achieve our business objectives. Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of the technological roadmap for our AI real estate application, aligning with the company's strategic goals.

- Manage a talented team of software engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Design and implement scalable AI algorithms and machine learning models to optimize various aspects of the construction process, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in AI, real estate technology, and construction industry, and incorporate them into our product development strategy.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and achieve their full potential.

- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry experts, to drive innovation and expand our market presence.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Proven track record of at least 20 years in software development, with significant experience in AI and machine learning.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

- Deep technical expertise in AI technologies, including neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
