Chief Advisor

- Having more than 20 years of Banking Experience in Urban Co-operative Bank at Senior Management/Strategic Post/Role i.e., Advisor, Consultant, CEO, Secretary, GM.
- Having complete in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of U.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, BR Act and Circulars/Guidelines as applicable to UCBs, complete functional and practical knowledge of functioning and management of UCB under applicable Circulars/Guidelines of RBI.
- CA/CMA having more than 30 years of professional experience in Accountancy, Finance and Management (Preference will be given to CA)
- Having overall knowledge of Customer Management/Handling including formation of Marketing Strategies w.r.t. Banking Products
- Having overall experience of more than 20 years in Business Development and Operational Functions in UCBs
- Having overall experience and knowledge of more than 25 years in Audit/Vigilance/Inspection in UCBs
- Having overall experience of more than 20 years of handling jobs related to RBI Queries/Compliances, Inspections (and Compliance Report), meeting out all aspects and criteria of banking process as set by RBI vide its Circulars, Guidelines and Policies framed for UCBs
- Having experience of framing Bank’s Policies and Strategic Decision-Making mechanisms and having potential to guide the subordinate staff for enhancement of overall profitability of the Bank
- Salary Negotiable
