  • Minimum experience in Marketing and similar role – 8-9 years
  • Candidate should be from BPO Background
  • Research Skills – ability to conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends and analysis
  • Analytical skills – capable of analysing data and information to identify patters . trends and opportunities
  • Communication skills – excellent written and verbal communication- essential for effectively conveying complex information to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Presentation skills – Ability to create compelling presentations and other collateral materials to support the sales team in interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing and honing these skills will enable a pre-sales support researcher to effectively contribute to the sales process and drive business growth
  • Education background – Degree in marketing
  • This can be a remote role based out of Hyderabad/Chennai/Mumbai or Gurgaon
