Position: Workforce Planning Manager
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5-8 years
Note - Need candidate having consulting background from MANUFACTURING / AUTOMOTIVE Industry only
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Analyze current manpower utilization and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to forecast future manpower requirements based on business needs.
- Create and maintain detailed dashboards using tools like Power BI to track key workforce metrics and trends.
- Interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for workforce optimization.
- Lead initiatives to digitize HR processes and streamline workforce management workflows.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance workforce planning capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of workforce planning tools and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies and make adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce planning and HR digitization.
Qualifications:
- B-tech in any field or any engineering candidate.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, manpower optimization, and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience with HR digitization tools and platforms, with a strong preference for proficiency in Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
