Position: Manager-Industrial Sales & Marketing (To Automotive/ Railways/ Shipbuilding Segments) (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role:

- Ensuring sales growth of the insulation solutions of the company to the mobility segment consisting specifically of industries like Automotive, Railways, Shipbuilding, etc.

- The role needs to analyse market potential to develop new customers and applications & leverage opportunities in the market by drawing up strategy which is aligned to the business plan and ensure higher revenue and margin growth form the Mobility segment.

- Primary responsibility is to work with key Automobile cos, Indian Railways, Metro, Shipyards and their resp. OEM customers on driving specification and approvals for the Company's insulation solutions in the application domain of Automotive NVH parts, Rail coach fabrication and air conditioning systems, Metro coach, Naval and commercial shipbuilding

- To develop new customer and generate business opportunities in the Mobility sector

- Responsible for market mapping, product management, positioning, segmentation & developing market penetration strategies for the segment

- To take feedback from Automotive customers and develop better and competitive solutions

- Should work closely with Indian Railways for successful specification, approval and increasing business share in their existing and new types of railcoaches

- Should work with govt. and private shipbuilding companies to promote the Company's Marine insulation solutions for Fire, Thermal and Acoustic application

- To work with R&D, NVH labs, and system-integrators to develop techno-commercially viable and value-added insulation solution for the Mobility sector

- To work independently with key customers, influencers or specifiers, govt. organisations and partners to develop business through product approvals and specifications

- Lead generation, management and successful conversion through solution oriented approach and customer proximity

Requirements:

- Engineer with a MBA in Sales and Marketing

- 5-10 yrs of experience

- Primarily experience in Product management / Key Account Management in Railway sector, Marine and Automotive NVH providing solutions

- Exposure to Auto / Rail sector is a must

- Strong in data / digital / analytics

- Good Communication Skills
