CarDekho Group - New Auto | Program Manager - 3 to 5 Yrs


Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects within the portfolio.

2. Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.

3. Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

4. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency by implementing best practices, processes, and methodologies for program management.

5. Monitor and report on program performance and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination, communication, and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.

7. Oversee change management activities and ensure effective communication and engagement with impacted stakeholders.

Skills Required:

- Operational Agility: Demonstrate operational muscle and hustle to navigate complex program landscapes efficiently and effectively.

- Strategic Orientation: Possess a strategic mindset to align program activities with broader organizational goals and objectives.

- Prioritization: Effectively prioritize tasks and initiatives based on strategic importance and resource availability, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

- Negotiation and Persuasion: Ability to articulate and defend positions using logic and soft skills, while maintaining professional relationships and fostering collaboration.

- Structural Synthesis: Exhibit strong analytical and synthesis skills to organize and frame information in a structured manner, facilitating clarity and decision-making.

Education: MBA From Tier 1/Tier 2 Institute
