Key Account Manager, Pune

Role profile:

Deliver Topline & Bottom line Value target achievement for FOFO channel for the region
Deliver secondary Sales promise.
Deliver L2L secondary sales growth as per business plan.
Store expansion (Net store addition) as per business plan for the region.
Working closely with the BD team on selection of new store site.
Credit Management as per company policy.
Franchisee Relationship Management, Franchisee team development, Franchisee Investment Management.
New franchisee identification and onboarding after background check.
Handling overall Retail operations for the Zone, driving Retail KPIs, driving Category wise sales.
Standardization of store SOPs and adherence in the region.
Sales Analysis, Planning & Forecasting.
Daily, weekly, and Monthly target setting and periodical review.
Leading. monitoring and motivating the team and aligning them with business deliverables.
Responsible for career path and skill development of ASMs.
